“Highly recommend this gorgeous little cottage for a weekend escape! We stumbled across this gem as we were looking for a place close to Yass for a weekend work trip for my partner – it turned a work trip into the most delightful, relaxing weekend away. We loved the outdoor BBQ and sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine, taking in the beautiful green scenery. The place was immaculate throughout and had everything we needed.

Bec was a wonderful host – super helpful and responsive (even reaching out to her vet friends for us when our little puppy Nala encountered an unexpected eye infection). Inside the living room is a fireplace for cooler nights, so throw on a movie or snuggle up with a book at night, or better still ponder on the starry skies, they’re brighter and more amazing in Australia’s outback. Also in the living room there is a single fold out sofa bed. In the kitchenette room there is a double fold out sofa bed. Both very comfy and easy to set up. Pantry basics, including farm fresh eggs and bread with butter for breakfast are provided. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body cream.

Your outdoor fire-pit area under the stars – ideal for marshmallows, wine, a beer or simply watching the Milky Way unfold overhead.

By daylight hours, enjoy an outdoor BBQ, lounging on one of two decks with a glass of wine, taking in the beautiful green scenery. Well equipped with thoughtful touches there’s firewood for guests as you might like to light a campfire, take in the view and watch the sheep and taste slow living. And don’t forget to bring marshmallows for toasting away…the kids will love it.

There’s also a bathroom with a large shower which guests boast is like a spa-like experience.
