We have been with Travellarks for a while now and have been so happy to have Mountain Sojourn listed with Therese and Kris.  They have always given us such personalised and efficient service and friendly tips to help us on our way. We also love that they are an Australian company and really are invested in excellent local accomodation.

Recently we had a problem with non-payment from a guest and Therese and Kris not only offered advice but also very practical actions to resolve the issue.  We really felt that they were genuinely interested in helping us and their support was invaluable.
