This pair of contemporary cottages that sleep 8 guests each are superbly located only one street behind Berry’s main street. Popping out for a snoop around Berry’s charming shops, cafes, and local markets, your days at Maple Cottage can be as active or as restful as you like. Wander through picturesque streets, discover boutique finds, or simply sip coffee on your private veranda. Mind you, the Linnaeus Collection estate is a must to wander around, discover and relish in its wellness luxury amenities.

Linnaeus Collection offers a variety of accommodation choices with stand-alone houses, Linnaeus Farm (sleeps 10+); Moraea Farm (sleeps 12+); Rubus Residences (sleeps 8 guests in 3 standalone houses); The Suites (sleeps 4 guests in 4 suites). Then there’s soon to open Papilio (sleeps 4 guests in a stand-alone house). By the end of 2025, Linnaeus Collection can accommodate up to 62 guests who have high expectations. In 2026 with the addition of Papilo properties 66 guests can be accommodated.

Firstly there are two cottages to choose from – Maple on Albert and Maple on Edward. Both enjoy spacious areas with similar floor plans and 100% of all four (4) bedrooms have their very own ensuite or full bathroom. not to mention that in Maple on Edward, there’s an extra Queen Bed conveniently tucked away in the Family Room.

The upstairs Master bedroom is like a parent’s retreat. There’s a dramatic pitched ceiling and bathroom with a deep bath to luxuriate in.  A smaller balcony jutting off the bedroom lends itself for that morning cuppa in private. Or feeling the stillness and quiet evening time. All bathrooms are adorned with luxurious towels and beautiful botanicals by Australian-made Leif bath products, for your everyday luxe.

NOTE:

• Not all properties are pet-friendly but Maple on Albert and Maple on Edward are. We ask out of courtesy that at the time of booking to mention you’d like to bring a dog/s. Fees apply to pets  and any conditions that apply.
• Only Maple on Edward has a Queen Sofa Bed.
• Garages associated with the Maple Cottages are not accessible for parking by guests.
• Pets accompanying guests must be approved by management. Fees apply
• Don’t forget your yoga gear and swimmers for a stretch and sweat session in the barn complete with infrared sauna.
• Smart TV in bedrooms and living areas.
• Bespoke activities and services are available in consultation with the management team, and advance notice
