Things to do around Coomba, NSW: Adventures & Relaxation

There’s unlimited things to do around Coomba, NSW with simply, the best of two worlds. There’s Wallis Lake and the Bays of Coomba and Shallow on one side, and the Wallingat National Park on the other. This means that there’s easy dual access to water sports plus stunning nature trails. Perfect!

The local spot of Whootta is a secluded gem, offering a great day trip that’s not only scenic with spectacular views but also takes you to an authentic, untouched location perfect for privacy and complete relaxation. It’s the ideal place to escape and unwind in solitude.

Paddle out to dolphins, turtles & rays who call this place home and enjoy local hobby farms and some of the best surf beaches on the eastern coast of Australia – Elizabeth Beach, Blueys and Boomerang. Explore Wallingat National Park and its native wildlife and whale watch or snuggle around an outdoor fire pit on chilly nights.

Don’t miss the local specialties either – Wallis Lake being the largest producer of Sydney Rock Oysters on the NSW North Coast. But you’ll also find stone fruits, berries, avocados, macadamia nuts, local honey, veggies, olive oil, cheeses, and small-batch jams and chutneys.
